Web Summit, one of the world’s largest technology conferences, was held in Lisbon from 10 to 13 November 2025. This year’s Web Summit Lisbon brought together

  • 1,857 investors
  • 869 speakers
  • 1,519 members of the press.

In total, 71,386 participants from 157 countries took part in the event.

At Web Summit 2025, which brings together policymakers, major technology companies and fast growing startups, a joint booth was opened together with the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. At this booth, the Turcorn 100 Program carried out by the Directorate General of National Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, as well as the Türkiye Tech Visa Program, which aims to attract technology talents with critical expertise and innovative, technology driven startups to our country, were introduced to visitors.

On 11 November 2025, Ambassador of Türkiye to Lisbon Haldun Koç, Chair of the Committee on Public Works, Reconstruction, Transport and Tourism of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Adil Karaismailoğlu and accompanying members of the committee visited the booth and received information about Turcorn 100, Türkiye Tech Visa and Türkiye’s technology entrepreneurship vision.

Web Summit 2025 contributed to increasing the global visibility of the initiatives under the Turcorn 100 Program and to strengthening the international positioning of Türkiye’s technology ecosystem.
